These terms

These terms apply to your use of www.ampilapps.com, which is operated by American Pilipino Professional Solutions LLC. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

We use "we" and "us" for APPS, and "you" for the person reading.

What this site is

This site describes who we are and the work we do. It is information, not an offer. Nothing here is a quote, a commitment to take on work, or a promise that any particular service is available.

We keep the site accurate, but descriptions are general and may change without notice.

Writing to us

If you send us a message through the inquiry form or by email, three things are worth knowing:

• It does not make you a client. A working relationship starts only when we have both signed a written agreement.
• Please do not send confidential material in a first message. We cannot treat an unsolicited message as confidential, and we may already be working on something similar.
• What you send should be yours to send, and accurate.

Work is governed separately

Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement between us covering scope, fees, timing, ownership of what we build, and warranties. Those terms are negotiated, not published.

Where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins. Nothing on this page limits what we owe you under it.

Using the site

You are welcome to read the site, link to it, and print pages for your own reference. Please do not:

• reuse the site's text, design, or code for your own or a client's commercial purposes
• collect from it automatically, beyond ordinary search engine crawling consistent with our robots file
• interfere with the site, or try to reach parts of it you have not been given access to
• use the inquiry form to send unlawful, abusive, or bulk unsolicited messages

Ownership

The name APPS, the name American Pilipino Professional Solutions LLC, our logo, and the text, design, and code of this site belong to us. Using the site does not give you any right to use them.

Apple, App Store, Google, Google Play, Android, and other names on this site belong to their respective owners. We use them only to say which platforms we build and publish for, and we are not endorsed by or affiliated with any of them.

Other sites we link to

A few links here lead to sites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your information. A link is not an endorsement.

Availability and warranties

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or current at every moment.

To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties about the site, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including lost profits or lost data.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability for work we do for you is dealt with in the agreement covering that work, not here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes about this site will be heard in the state and federal courts located in the State of Washington.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. There is no archive of earlier versions, so the current text is the whole of it.
